My daughter dances three-days a week, and these are the most comfortable and durable shoes for her that we have bought, that’s saying a lot given her age! Breaking them in was super easy. Not slippery at all, very flexible, and most importantly no sore feet true to size.
So glad that I spent the extra few dollars to buy Leo tap shoes for my 7 year old daughter. These shoes are not only comfortable, but the velcro straps are easy for her to put on/take off as well. They are beautiful and shiny - look brand new after weeks of wear. All of those make these a 5-star purchase alone... but if I could given them 10 stars, I would... because the SOUND of these tap shoes is where the quality shows. Leo makes some of the best taps in the world. So glad to have found them for a reasonable price... I am SO glad that I didn't buy cheaper shoes that wouldn't have sounded so crisp or been this beautiful. Will definitely buy again once she grows out of these!
Reviews indicated to order one size larger, however, we required a size smaller.

I can't comment on the value, but they were beautiful for my daughter's recital and held up well! She didn't complain about them, which is a first! The style was shiny and exactly what we needed!
Great tap shoe, but the regular was too narrow and hurt my daughter's toes. We got her a wider size and they were much better!
