Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
⚠️ During high-demand periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

DanceUS ships worldwide.
We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most international destinations.

Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: on all orders over $199 USD.
- Standard Shipping: flat rate of $6.99 USD on orders below $99.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Please note: Certain regions or remote locations may incur additional carrier fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.
If tracking information doesn’t appear within 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by their country.
- DanceUS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering.
Delays and Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for more information.
- If the issue persists, email us at info@danceus.com with your order number — we’ll assist in resolving the matter promptly.
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will reship the order or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
- We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
Split Shipments
For multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
If this occurs, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
If you wish to cancel before shipment, please email info@danceus.com immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping time will be displayed on the product page.
We will notify you via email once the item becomes available and ships out.
