Great massage

It's so relaxing. The shiatsu rollers really dig into the sore spots and feel like a real person massaging your back. The heat warms up pretty fast and stays at a nice comfy temperature, not too hot. I use it mostly on my lower back and shoulders after work and it melts away all the stiffness. Super easy to set up and move around too. Sometimes I even use it on my legs lol. If you sit long hours or have back pain, this thing helps a lot. Good quality.
