I mix into a morning shake. Mixes well. Does not change the taste. I started this as a part of regime to address some arthritis issuea after having two tears in my meniscus fixed. I have only been on it a couple of weeks, but I have improved.

I have been taking this MSM for 11 days now and have seen a noticeable difference in the pain in my hands, wrists, arms, and also knee pain. I had been experiencing a lot of pain in my hands and wrists due to working on the computer anywhere from 10-16 hours per day. I had been using a different supplement for pain, but ran out. After doing research on the various benefits of MSM, I ordered it and am so happy I did!! My pain was relieved in about 4 days. It has also helped my allergies. After doing much research on the benefits of MSM, I thought I would try it as my "free sample" from Bulk Supplements. As usual, no nonsense packaging. I have been taking it for 5 days and I have noticed some of the "cleansing" properties of the supplement. Nothing too extreme, but I am getting cleaned out which is one of the reasons why I wanted to add this to my supplement stack. Haven't noticed any of the skin, hair, nails benefits, but full effect takes off in about 2 weeks so I will update as necessary. I hope this supplement does what it says it is supposed to do!
