I bought these primarily for stress support during a hectic period at work. I�ve been taking them consistently for over a month now. The most noticeable thing is that I feel less reactive to daily stressors; my cortisol must be happier! My sleep has improved as a side effect, which is great, but the sense of calm during the day is what I value most. The combination of Ashwagandha and L-Theanine with Magnesium seems perfect. The only reason I�m not giving 5 stars is I wish the bottle was a bit bigger, but the product itself is excellent.
