I swear by these. I've switched a couple times because I wanted to do away with the sugar in the gummies, but none of the vitamin capsules that I've tried, including this same brand, give me the same effect of thick, glossy hair that these gummies do, so I'm just going to suck it up and eat the sugar. The chews in the center of the bottle were stuck together so I had to pry them apart. Otherwise, the supplement seemed to work pretty well, and the flavor is good.
