Working so far

It's been two weeks since I bought these and have been using them everyday. My hair is shiny, more soft, and frizz-free. It's also starting to grow a little bit and fill in sparse hair spots. I'm happy with these gummies and will be buying again when I run out.

I swear by these. I've switched a couple times because I wanted to do away with the sugar in the gummies, but none of the vitamin capsules that I've tried, including this same brand, give me the same effect of thick, glossy hair that these gummies do, so I'm just going to suck it up and eat the sugar. My skin really glows a lot when I use these as well. They're one of the more affordable hair, skin, and nail vitamins and have great ingredients. I never have any digestive problems with them, and the functionality is such that they work perfectly. I'm 61 years old and I have long, thick hair that people always say is very pretty.

Not bad overall

The chews in the center of the bottle were stuck together so I had to pry them apart. Otherwise, the supplement seemed to work pretty well, and the flavor is good.
